1. Infantile rash
Also known as baby rosette, commonly known as “Sao bran”, is also a virus caused by respiratory disease. It is more common in spring and autumn, and sporadic in children about one year old.
The onset of the disease is acute, and the prodromal stage is high fever or moderate fever. It lasted for about 3 or 4 days, with runny nose, light cough or diarrhea, but the child was generally in good mental state. Some children with fever accompanied by anterior fontanel swelling, irritability.
After 3 or 4 days of fever, the body temperature dropped, and scattered measles like or scarlet fever like rashes appeared on the skin of chest and abdomen. This kind of “fever subsides rash” is the characteristic of this disease. At the same time, it is accompanied by enlargement of occipital lymph nodes behind the ear and low white blood cells.
2. Scarlet fever
Commonly known as “Sha Zi”, it is an acute infectious disease caused by B hemolytic streptococcus, which is sporadic or epidemic in winter and spring.
Children over 3 years old to school age are susceptible to the disease. It is transmitted by the carrier or the sick child through respiratory droplets. The incubation period is about 2-7 days, and the fever is above 39 ℃. They complained of pharyngeal and laryngeal pain, swelling of tongue nipple, nausea, vomiting and other symptoms. On the second day, the skin appeared chronic, scarlet and small rash, which faded and itched slightly. Healthy skin cannot be seen between rashes. The chest and back were the most obvious.
If there is no timely treatment, the rash subsides after 3-7 days, and appears large peeling. The white blood cell count is very high.
The disease must be treated with large amount of penicillin intramuscular injection in the early stage, and the injection should be more than one week. If the disease is not treated thoroughly, it can be complicated with acute nephritis or rheumatism after 2-3 weeks.
3. Chickenpox
It is a kind of respiratory infectious disease caused by virus. It’s highly contagious, but rarely more than twice in one’s life.
This disease mostly occurs in winter and spring, and is more common in infants. The incubation period is about two weeks.
There were mild cough and fever (mild or moderate) at the beginning of the disease, and rashes appeared on the head and trunk 24 hours later. The order of acne was papule → herpes → scab. Pox rash appeared in batches, so in the same range of skin, you can see different forms of pox rash.
The appearance of pox and rash is more or less, the mild is often ignored by parents, the severe can appear high fever, complicated with chickenpox encephalitis, wind or coma. The total number of white blood cells was low.
