Only the skeleton has been removed

Indian woman khantabe Takel became pregnant when she was 24 years old. She suffered from abdominal pain due to ectopic pregnancy. She took some medicine at will. After a few months, it would be over. Unexpectedly, 36 years later, abdominal pain broke out again, only to find that the fetus was still in the abdomen, leaving only a skeleton.

Tucker became pregnant in 1978 and was hospitalized for abdominal pain, when doctors told her that the fetus grew outside the uterus and could hardly survive. Afraid of surgery, Tucker went back to the village to find a small clinic, through non-surgical treatment of abdominal pain. After a few months, the abdominal pain stopped, and tucker thought the problem was solved.

Abdominal pain recurred

Unexpectedly, 36 years later, Tucker’s abdominal pain broke out again, and continued to ache. She went into a medical institute in Nagpur for help. The doctor felt that there was a mass on the right lower part of her abdomen. With the help of ultrasound and CT scan, the mass was hard calcification. Later scanning revealed that it was actually the skeleton of a mature fetus, wrapped in a calcified sac.

Doctors say the amniotic fluid that protects the embryo may have been absorbed, and the soft tissue of the fetus calcified over time, leaving only a package of bones and a small amount of fluid, which may be the longest ectopic pregnancy in the world.

Doctors have operated on tucker to remove the skeleton.

I suggest: when mothers have ectopic pregnancy, we must pay attention to go to the hospital for examination many times, and can not end the treatment with self feeling at will. So, let’s have a look, how is ectopic pregnancy? How can ectopic pregnancy be treated?
