Menstruation is a close partner of every woman. From adolescence, she will accompany you through the green years, accompany you into October pregnancy, say goodbye to menstruation for a period of time, and welcome her company after postpartum recovery. No different from before, she will still be in a bad mood, easily angry and inexplicably upset in the days she came.
If you want to ask why? Then I can only tell you that most women are in a bad mood because their hormones are in a special state during menstruation, and menstruation often indicates trouble. In other words: it is a normal phenomenon for women to be in a bad mood during menstruation. Attention, it’s normal for me to be in a bad mood in those days. It’s abnormal to be in a good mood!
Menstrual syndrome, what happened to women
This phenomenon is what we often call “menstrual syndrome”. During the menstrual cycle, a series of changes will take place in both sex hormones and pituitary gonadotropin. They will affect women’s psychological activities and behavior through a certain neural mechanism, causing some emotional changes. Of course, emotional changes and stress can also affect the level of reproductive hormones and lead to ovulation inhibition and cycle disorders.
The most common symptoms are:
A. easily irritated
B. anxiety
C. depression
D. headache
E. edema
F. fatigue
G. hostility and anger
H. want to eat food, especially chocolate, candy and salt fruit
Emotional irritability during menstruation is a normal psychological reaction caused by physiological reasons. If we insist that there is any difference between this irritability and general impetuosity, we can design an experiment to test whether women in the physiological period are more exclusive to men than women, that is, whether men are more likely to cause the irritability of women in the physiological period than women. If the experiment proves that women in the physiological period reject men, it can explain two reasons – “women try to hide the physiological period” or “protect themselves from unhealthy sexual behavior”.
