For expectant mothers who are about to give birth, it is also important to choose the delivery method. Under normal circumstances, it is best for expectant mothers to choose a method of spontaneous delivery, which is conducive to the health of the baby and helps the expectant mother recover after childbirth. However, more and more expectant mothers are now choosing caesarean section for delivery, as some expectant mothers believe that caesarean section can reduce some of their worries.
Excuse 1: Others say that smooth labor is terrible
Many expectant mothers decisively choose a caesarean section for delivery before giving birth. The reason for this is that expectant mothers are afraid that the production process will not go smoothly and unexpected situations will occur. Before giving birth, expectant mothers can be described as having an unusually painful birth process when they ask people around them, or when reading some parenting books or websites. Cesarean section uses anesthetics during the operation, so there is no sensation during delivery.
Some expectant mothers also have oversized fetuses that cause deformation of the birth canal, which can affect the pleasure of sexual life in the future. Some expectant mothers are even foolishly subjected to caesarean section in order to give their children a “special auspicious birthday” under the influence of the older generation.
My opinion:
With all the above, I don’t think pregnant mothers have enough knowledge about childbirth. Especially for expectant mothers who are about to give birth, if they have insufficient knowledge of childbirth, whether it is a natural or caesarean section, they still have fear during childbirth.
Pregnant mothers should learn more about childbirth before their baby arrives, which can help you overcome the fear of childbirth in the future. However, in understanding the process of childbirth knowledge, it is important to avoid hearsay and make correct judgments, otherwise these “distortions” can affect the emotions of pregnant mothers.
